TERA Sorcerer Leveling Guide

The Sorcerer is a great character to choose when playing online at Tera-online.  This character has a ranged damage, meaning that they can be farther away to inflict their damage on their enemies than other classes.  The weapon of choice for a sorcerer is the Disc; however, the armor is only cloth, the disc can create several skills used in combat like the fire, ice, and energy attacks, the traps, mana absorption, renewal and de buffs that can help their team mates.

The best thing about the sorcerer is that even though they deal a lethal level of damage with their disc, they can also evade enemy attack and refire their damaging disc, without having to wait to regain power.  Their main game play is all about their position, one minute they are in sight the next hidden.  They tend to feed off of their enemies vulnerability, when the time comes they strike with their magic shaping disc.

The sorcerer is able to take down foes with their magic arcane disc that has the ability to jump and whirl as it shapes into the power that the sorcerer uses to destroy their enemies.  Their clothing consists of shoes, gloves, and the robe of an arcanists.  While playing solo this character is know to dodge attacks and throw them from a distance, their ability to evade or dodge is the difference between life and death of a solo sorcerer.

This character has the ability to reduce their opponents speed as well as trap them but their really good at killing the most enemies in a short amount of time.  They can target attacks and have other skills like area, debuffs, and in-line.  When attacking an enemy, they can choose to use fire to burn them alive, or ice to freeze them and make them become immobile, they can also use a pulse of energy to blast their opponent several yards away.  They are best at their trapping, during one they normally blow their opponent away with an explosive power, making their prey die slowly as they watch.

Sorcerers are one of the best magic throwers in the game, they are artillery. The power they can deliver towards their target, either with barrages or with exact accuracy, stops them in their tracks. The battle time is not as lengthy with this class as it is with the others, this character makes sure to destroy any and everything in their path. If a very large enemy comes into contact with a member of their team, they can easily slow the enemy down or cause destruction to that enemy with focused magic from their disc.

A great reason to be a sorcerer or at least have one on your side, is that while your healing Mystic or Priest is helping the ones wounded or fallen, they can create a fire surrounding the members of their team, protecting them against onward attacks from their enemies. They might not be the best at stabbing, hitting, kicking, and striking, but they hold the top place for the best sorcerery skills in the game.
